EU Projects
We are proud to contribute to European research and innovation through participation in EU-funded projects. Our role focuses on ensuring that emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, are developed and deployed responsibly, ethically, and in alignment with regulatory frameworks such as the EU AI Act.
Through strategic partnerships with research institutions, public bodies, and private companies, we bring multidisciplinary expertise in AI ethics, compliance, and policy to support high-impact, cross-border initiatives that address pressing societal and technological challenges.

A Horizon Europe initiative working on transparency and certification of trustworthy AI systems. We help define ethical and regulatory requirements, and support the creation of practical tools for responsible AI lifecycle management.
SHIELD

An Innovation Action under Horizon Europe (2025–2029), SHIELD focuses on early detection of pancreatic cancer in individuals with genetic predispositions. It validates a new blood-based diagnostic test using a 5-plex immunoassay, showing over 91% sensitivity and 96% specificity in early trials. The project runs a multi-country pilot study and collaborates with national screening programs to improve early intervention strategies. We contribute to the ethical, legal, and social framework of the study and support patient engagement and clinical translation.
