Lawyer highly specialized in the field IT and Technology Law, in particular with regard to Privacy & Data Protection aspects. Federico daily advises important national and multinational companies, as well as public entities active in the whole market spectrum, with regard to state-of-the-art Privacy & Data Protection projects. He has an extensive experience in assisting its clients in data protection litigation and disputes involving Italian courts and the Italian Data Protection Authority (the Garante). He is also a researcher in Privacy & Data Protection Law and has published several papers and books on the subject matter.
